Taberna da Maré

A traditional Algarve restaurant run by Zeca Pinhota, serving meals in Largo da Barca for almost 30 years. The tavern was rebuilt as it was when it first opened, with tiled counters, wooden tables and black-and-white photographs of Portimão. Fish and seafood: marinated mackerel and horse mackerel, grilled fish, stuffed or fried squid.
